I know this is a little off-topic. But this is surely going to help all my readers who suffer from an overly oily skin and have a perennial acne problem. Those who know me personally, know about how I am troubled with acne since a decade. The best of treatments clear my acne for a while and then they are back again. I recently stopped getting the peels done as it was ripping my pocket and a friend told me to not be so regular with peels. They are chemicals after all. My skin refuses to be at peace. For me acne management is a job for a lifetime it seems.
Not related to any of the above, I started a healthy & Tasty breakfast drive at home. The reason: I was gaining weight due to unhealthy lunch/dinner meetings. Remember 3 principles which you must follow religiously on a daily basis for ACNE-FREE SKIN:
1. Inclusion of COLORFUL fresh fruits in your daily diet including[ANTIOXIDANTS]: PAPAYA,ORANGES, SWEET LIME, POMEGRANATES, STRAWBERRIES,WATERMELON, MUSKMELON, PEARS , APPLES.
2. Any form of Exercise[ENSURING OXYGEN FLOW TO YOUR SKIN]: Yoga, walking, jogging or even dancing!
3. Adding a lot of Fiber to your diet:[CLEAR YOUR BOWELS] OATS, Flax seeds etc.
Besides, I use a mild FOAM cleanser which is ideal for oily skin : SEBAMED CLEAR FACE CLEANSING FOAM. This is the best cleanser I have ever used. Expensive at Rs.630 but lasts me 3-4 months.
